We just received these adorable felt flowers from Queen and Company. They retail for only $1.29 a pack and in 9 colors. I did a layout with them this morning and the layout sold before the day was over. For those of you that like completed layouts I am trying to get more done, but they keep selling before I even get a chance to hang them up but I will keep making them.

Technique Tag

Don't forget our first Technique Tag on Monday.

First there is a free Crop from 11 AM to 3 PM. Bring your supplies and a potluck item to share. We'll have fun visiting and cropping while the kids are in school!

At 3 PM we'll have the Tag class. We'll use embossing powder and the heat gun. We'll also use distress inks and learn to handle the ink blending tool. All supplies needed will be provided for only $7. This tag is the first in a series of tags we will be creating this year. Check out February's tag already in the store.

Today we are decorating the tags from the Teressa Collins line. Many different things can be added to give these great little gift tags depth and personalization. Here I used our new Sparkle Fibers, glitter and crackle medium. Come on in and play.

Today's tag features a bus and journal lines for writing things for the new school year. You will be using Inkssential Matte accents. I used it on the bus and the arrow and what it did was give it a three dimensional look and feel. The accents come in glossy, matte, sepia and crackle. Every Wednesday's are free make a tag day. Come in and make your tag, which can also be used for a bookmarker.

Here is what our FREE make a tag is today. I always try to make a journal tag but if you choose leave off the journal lines and decorate as you wish with like a small photo or with more embellishments. The word SUN is a sticker and several different words are on the sheet to choose from for your tag. Every Wednesday we have a different tag and remember that Tuesdays are make a card for $1. We had several people make their card yesterday. it was a girl birthday and next week will be a Halloween card.
